From setting up time lines and managing vendors to sourcing and hiring them for your special day, as well as creating and monitoring budgets, we handle it all. Leave the stress and issues that may arise on the day to us, so you can relax and enjoy every moment. Package Includes: *Unlimited styling consultations & help creating your theme/vision *Sourcing your ideal vendors, who suit your vision, style, budget, personality and wishes. *Sourcing locations and venues, including pricing and site inspections *Scheduling supplier appointments and consultations *Creating and monitoring budgets, supplier contracts and payments. *Supplier coordination and run sheet preparation. *Assistance with your reception floor plan. *Manage and assistance with wedding rehearsal and setup on your wedding day *Liaising with all vendors on your wedding day *Unlimited support in the lead up to your wedding. *Ensure your day runs smoothly and to the agreed plan *Manage any issue that may arise on your wedding day & finding prompt solutions PLEASE NOTE: NO TABLE LINEN IS INCLUDED IN OUR UNLIMITED PACKAGES Additional charges apply for travel outside of Wagga.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that Wild Oak weddings receives written notice cancelling the confirmed booking from the client, the client shall pay to Wild oak weddings a cancellation fee calculated as follows: * The 40% non refundable booking fee with be obtained * The total charge outstanding if notice of cancellation is received by Wild oak weddings less than 14 days prior to the commencement of the event. * 50% of the total charge outstanding if notice of cancellation is received by Wild oak weddings between 28 days and 14 days prior to the commencement of the event. * 30% of the total charge outstanding if notice of cancellation is received by Wild oak weddings between 56 days and 28 days prior to the commencement of the event.
